Taking this opportunity to share on our experience in the Clinic Renovation in Singapore.

About 3 years back, we have design and built an aesthetic clinic in Wisma Atria at Orchard Road.
The overall space is about 1650 sq.ft. In this space, we had incorporated a Consultation Room, a Laser Treatment Room, a Body Treatment Room, 5 units of Facial Rooms, Front Reception / Dispense Counter, Waiting area, Manager's Office and a Staff Rest Room cum Pantry.

Now In Feb 2014, we are embarking on another Aesthetic clinic, this one is located at Ngee Ann City Tower B, Orchard Road. Covering a space of about 1500 sq.ft. which comprises of a Consultation Room, 4 Treatment Rooms with laser equipments, a Staff Rest room with wet pantry and storage, a Front Reception / Dispense Counter, Waiting Area.

For both projects, our involvement is for full turn-key project. Which is inclusive of Design and Built for both aesthetic clinics:-
Preparation of drawings and submission to the Building Management office and to the Fire Safety and Shelter Department (FSSD),
A&A to the fire protection system (fire sprinkler points),
A&A to the central aircon duct work and aircon diffusers.
Electrical cabling and lighting,
Voice and LAN cabling complete with faceplates,
Floor carpeting and vinyl tiles flooring,
CCTV system,
Plumbing work c/w sinks,
Carpentry and furniture for front counters, consultation rooms, storage and dispense area.
Erection of shop front tempered glass panels and glass doors,
Window blinds and curtains,
Emulsion painting and wall paper finishes,
Frosted Film for glass panels,
Wooden Doors with locksets,
Desks and chairs,
Sofa settee, coffee tables,
Company signage and rooms signages.
Preparation of as-built drawings (for plumbing, electrical, fire protection, architectural, aircon, floor finishes) and handover to client and the Building Management office.

Our Sales Consultants and Interior Designers work closely with client to develop the proposals which consists of detailed itemized quotations, 3D visuals, ceiling, lighting, aircon, furniture, wall / floor finishes.
For project execution, our Project Director and Site Managers will take over the detail proposal to carry out the production and site work to client's satisfaction.
